How we handle your data

At application

What you type in

Contact details, your household, and your children's ages. Enough to match you to the right studies, and nothing beyond it.

At verification

One check, then nothing kept

We record the type of document and its number — never an image of it. A named reviewer confirms it once and rings you if anything needs clarifying.

Whenever you ask

Gone, permanently

Withdraw from your status page and your details and any selfie video are deleted. Anonymous study findings remain; nothing in them identifies you.

What we keep

  • Contact details — to reach you about studies and your application.
  • Household and shopping habits — to match you to studies that fit.
  • Children's ages and needs — so nothing unsafe or irrelevant is sent.
  • ID type and number — checked once, to prove you are a real parent.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
  • Keep a copy of your identity document.
  • Ask for your children's names or photographs.
  • Publish anything about you that you have not ticked.

Ask for a copy of everything we hold on you.
